You can make your payment by using one of the below methods:
*Enter your credit card details in our secure Members' Area.
We use 128 bit standard socket layer (SSL) encryption to ensure that your personal details remain confidential. Once you have logged in, choose "My Account" to add your credit card details. Then click on the particular booking that you would like to have charged to this card. In the "Billing information" field you are able to select the credit card that you have entered.
Our Payment Guarantee System ensures the safe use of your credit card for travel transactions.
* The Latest Encryption Security and Technology : Our secure online information form uses the latest encryption technology Secure Socket Layer (SSL), which means that all of the information you enter is sent to our secure server and can only be read by our Customer Reservation Department.
* If the arrival date of your booking is within 7 days, we need your credit card details immediately in order to process your booking.
We take confidentiality and privacy very seriously and we will not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, license, sell or redistribute any of your personal profile information
* Submit your credit card details with our Secure Online Credit Card Form
*Print our Online Fax Form, fill it out completely and send it to one of the numbers indicated on the form.
Note: If the credit card to be used is under a different name than that used for the booking, payment can only be made by fax with the credit card holder's signature.
If you wish to cancel your booking please advise us as early as possible. For 1 night stays only, if a one night cancellation fee is applied, no additional administration fee will be charged.

• + 14 Days prior to arrival
10 percent administration fee of your total booking cost with a minimum of US$35.
• 13-7 Days prior to arrival
10 percent administration fee of your total booking cost plus one night cancellation fee
3.2) No Show Policy : If you do not show up at the hotel on your arrival date and have failed to inform us that you wish to cancel your booking, this is classed as a No Show. In this case, full charge of your total booking cost will be applied.
3.3) Extension of Stay : If, after your arrival, you wish to extend your stay at the same or different hotel, please contact our local office so that you are not charged the full room rate from the hotel.
How to cancel your reservation?
If you would like to cancel your reservation then please send an email to us at reservations@travel-asia-online.com or send us a fax. Please clearly indicate your name, email address and your reservation ID number. Your cancellation is only valid if you have received a reply back from us. In case you do not receive one then please contact us immediately.
